The New QuickStart Guide

During the last 6 months, we’ve worked diligently to implement many features that help new users integrate with the platform more easily. The QuickStart guide was designed to help with the experience of opening the dashboard for the first time. It didn’t make sense to us that, previously when a new user would enter into our dashboard it would be empty with nothing installed or created anywhere. With the QuickStart guide, this is no longer the case. Once a user registers, they’ll be able to easily test the services we offer without needing to understand the entire platform.

Pro-tip: If you have an active website, you should still use the test page that cannot be seen by your visitors to begin testing what you’ll be doing with Exitget.

The New Design Selection/Creation Tool

To make it easier for you to choose designs for your popups, we’ve changed the layout of the design selection/creation tool. The new layout puts more emphasis on the designs. This way, you’re able to scroll easily through all the designs and select the one you like from our template section. If you want us to customize a template design for you, we have you covered. We’ll get you in touch with one of our expert graphic designers. The graphic designer will work closely with you and consult you in each step of the design customization process until you’re satisfied with the results. It's a much-needed personal touch to make you more involved in the customization of your template. Your contribution will be highly valued in this process.
